I am a passionate Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with over 16 years of experience in designing and implementing MEL systems, database management, and reporting across various sectors.
Currently serving as Deputy Coordinator-MEL at Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB), I have previously worked with organizations like Abt Associates, World Vision Bangladesh, and IRRI Bangladesh and RDRS
I hold an M.Sc. in Statistics from Rajshahi University and a Post Graduated Diploma (PGD) on MEAL (2025) from ABP, Bangladesh, certified by UK. I have extensive expertise in tools like SPSS, STATA, Python, Power BI, GIS, Kobo Toolbox and NVivo for quantitative and qualitative data analysis and data management.

Advanced skills in MS Access, Kobo Toolbox, ODK for data collection and management.
Proficient in ArcGIS for spatial data analysis and visualization.

Established on November 20, 2021 through the first webinar, the platform now has nearly 2,300 registered members from more than 120 countries.
